Dr. Varun Singh
Dr. Varun Singh completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India, in 2006, earning 13 Gold Medals. He secured 4th rank in the postgraduate entrance examination and went on to study Orthodontics at the same university. He was awarded the third-best research of the year by the Indian Orthodontic Society. Dr. Varun Singh has authored more than 50 international publications. Additionally, he successfully completed the two-part diploma examination for membership in the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK, and Ireland.
He has worked as an orthodontist in both India and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, after passing the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi Specialist Examination in Orthodontics. In September 2017, while working for the Government of Abu Dhabi, he was honored with the Best Caregiver Award at Al-Hili Clinic. Dr. Varun Singh moved to Canada in 2019, where he secured one of the few available spots for internationally trained orthodontists in the Dental Specialty Assessment and Training Program at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. He successfully completed the program in 2020, passing the National Dental Specialty Exam and obtaining his specialty license. He also completed the Royal College of Dentists of Canada Fellowship Examination in Orthodontics.
In his personal life, Dr. Varun Singh enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children. His hobbies include reading, traveling, and watching cricket.
